In-game compendium doesn't work anymore

It just keeps searching and nothing is ever suggested or found even if I click on one of the opening links.
Same here, but only in specific instances. "Wand" and "Skeleton" seem to work, but "Orc" and "Book" just lock up the compendium tab. I'm getting the response "NoMethodError: undefined method `[]=' for nil:NilClass" when I type the search parameters into my browser (for example, <a href="https://app.roll20.net/compendium/compendium/globalsearch/dnd5e/?template=true&terms=orc" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/compendium/compendium/globalsearch/dnd5e/?template=true&terms=orc</a>).
Same here
Also here to report I am having the same issue for Pathfinder's In-Game compendium. The regular compendium seems to work&nbsp;
Same here
I should also mention that it affects all my games and the other players seem to have no problem with it. It's getting frustrating having to put in every new spell manually.
Same here, just keeps searching endlessly.

I am getting the same issue (in&nbsp; DnD5e). The biggest problem is that once I get this error the compendium tab bugs out, and is stuck on searching, I cannot try a different search. Reproduces both in Chrome and Firefox
and here.&nbsp; Started yesterday that I noticed

I am also now experiencing this issue. Same error as Steven. It was working fine 12hrs ago, now compendium just locks up with searching if I attempt to search something with it. D&D 5 edition compendium. Unsure about the others as I have no active games in a system. Edit: I attempted to search heat, Heat, metal, hold, and restoration before giving up.

Bob, I'm not able to reproduce your issue. I tried searching all the same terms, from your account, inside your games. This strongly suggests to me that there's something local to your computer interupting Roll20's ability to function. Such as a 3rd party adblocker, extention, add-on, or anti-virus software.
Thats really odd as nothing changed between the period 12hrs ago and now. Computer did not shutdown, no new installation. Hell not even settings have been changed. I guess I'll try a restart and see if the problem persists.
Hmm, a restart didn't fix it but disabling the adblock did. Is this a recent push on the compendium to cause it to be picked up by it?
I don't even have adblock and it's doing this. :( I've resetted my laptop and used every browser and every other website works fine, but the compendium stays stuck on "searching"
&nbsp;On my home internet, I am able to access the compendium fine.&nbsp; It could only present with slower internet connections.&nbsp; This makes me believe it could be a race condition which is leaving some variables null.

Yeah white listing did resolve it. I'm using uBlock Origin.

I'm experiencing the same issue in both Chrome and firefox. I've disabled my adblocker (uBlock Origin) and the issue has not resolved. Other members of my play group are not experiencing the same issue.&nbsp;
I'll have to wait til tomorrow to test on my laptop, but enabling/disabling ublock origin does seem to break/fix searching on my desktop..
Aaaaand its broken again. Apparently white listing didn't solve it, it was pure chance, worked for an hour and is now back to being stuck on searching.
Same hear.&nbsp; Searching.....

I'm having the same issue. Tried searching for chain mail and it's just stuck on Searching...
Same issue.
I am also having the same issue with the d and d 5e compendium.&nbsp; All searches just hang on "Searching..."&nbsp; This only happens in game.&nbsp; Searching compendium out of game does not have any issues.&nbsp; Tried Chrome and Edge.&nbsp; &nbsp; No adblockers.
I'm also experience this issue, from both chrome and firefox. I've cleared my cache, disabled add-ons and more I can still access the monsters tab, and scoll through the list, some of my players have also reported the same issue, current advice is hope your PC isn't as old as mine and can handle the pressure of scrolling though all the great content you've purchased on roll20! (kissing ass)
I have been experiencing the same issue as well
I've just been plagued with this issue for the last hour. It's quite infuriating as there seems to be nothing I can do about it on my end.
I am unable to access data from the D&D 5E&nbsp;compendium. Upon initial load into the game I am able to see the initial folders. However, if I choose to use the search function the compendium is reduced to the text "Searching ..." I am unable to cancel or conduct any new searches. Switching tabs to the Journel and returning to the compendium doesn't reset the problem. Only closing my browser and revisiting roll20.net seems to resolve the problem till I have to search for something again. This problem was initially detected around 1800 US Central Time on 24 Apr. The two other members in my session didn't report problems and I determined it was localized to just my account. Web Browser: Chrome v66.0.3359.117 Operation System: WIndows 8.1 (64-bit) Javascript: Enabled Av:&nbsp;Avira Let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help ID and fix this big. Thank you,

We pushed out a change this morning that we believe will resolve this issue. If you're still experiencing the time out please let us know by&nbsp;providing the compendium you're searching, the search query you're using, and your browser console log after the search fails.
Everything seems to be fixed for me
