Hi guys! Is there a way to put short videos during the session?

No, not really.  Linking them in chat, or using a 3rd party watching service like rabb.it is about it.
ok,thanks!

You could  play the video on another device and hold it up to your webcam with video chat turned on? Lets call that an analog hack... just make sure your avatar is set to large so they can see it lol...

HAHAHA, good point!  You could also use some software that simulates a camera and injects video from a file or external source.  I've heard of such but never used it.

There was a forum thread about that a while back.. something about virtual camera for streaming... but I can't find it right now.

If I understand it correctly, you could use a video file as "webcam source".

You can also inject a still-picture (Change your Avatar whenever you want), or a Slideshow of pics, and have it show in your Webcam spot in Roll20. You can also do a lot of other nifty things like Flame Effects over your webcam self, or Black-and-White, or AR masks like Snapchat (augmented reality, make your head appear to be a Knight with a Helmet on, which turns when you turn your head/neck). I use CamTwist on Mac. There are several programs that do this.
I need to look into that a bit more, I guess. I actually have CamTwist flying around somewhere here as well.

I haven't experimented enough with it on the new Roll20 WebRTC. The one time I tried it so far, on the new tech, recently, I had trouble getting Roll20 WebRTC to recognize CamTwist as a Video Input. But in the old WebRTC it worked when I used it many times, and I am sure it's possible with the proper config. I noticed CamTwist itself hasn't issued an update in quite some time so it could be out of development, for better or worse. Let me know if you find a competitor or more updated cam-feed-effects-editor, particularly for Mac in your case and mine. ManyCam is the other name that I remember in that space, but there should be newer programs out considering all the innovations of VR / AR video processing, from Snapchat and everything else. These type of programs have been around since the Instant Messenger days of early video-on-internets.
