"Stories of Power" = Mutants and Masterminds, 2nd Ed, Monday Evenings Pacific Time USA, GM seeks players (10 slots open), played in an alternate San Francisco, Characters explore the links between Powers, Dominance, and Real-World reactions...

We have 4 -5 active players, and about 15 people who have joined. If you're going to join, please play? To make a character, take up to 50 points, and design a 'normal' (non-powered), and only take Attack Bonuses and/or Defense bonuses if the character has military training or a whole lot of combat experience. Then your character will go thru a pre-origin experience, receiving a 'blessing' form an 'air Feya'. The next time your character experiences an 'ecstasy', his/ her main wish or ideal self will be realized (spend +100 points).

Would love to play, but cant due to the time.

I never played Mutant's and Masterminds how heavy on rping is it generally?

Given how Roll20 works, and that it is my first campaign, it's about 60% combat...

When you start and how hard is the character creation? Would I be able to miss next Monday, because got to go to my 'rents, but after than will be pretty consistent.

I don't think it's hard, but people seem to take 2 - 3 weeks at it, so that would be fine...

Y'know, I'd be new to the M&M system, but both it and this campaign look like something I'd very much be interested in joining, if that's alright. I would already have a character concept ready, though I might need some help putting it to numbers and such. There's 10 slots, right? Does that mean that there will be 10 players every session? I only ask because that's a bit bigger of a group than I normally see. Also: would this happen to be done over text or voice -- if voice, is there any specific program you're using, or is it just roll20?
