We've just had a player step out of the campaign so I have an open spot. Current party consists of a Paladin, Fighter, Summoner and Sorcerer. Either a dedicated healer or a dex class would fit in nicely. Characters will begin at level 3. Humans, half-elves and elves are highly recommended. Although Dwarves, halflings and half-orcs are playable there will be somewhat significant repercussions for playing one. A thrice weekly play by post subcomponent will affect how much food, shelter and weapons are available for the Fort at large. Profession skills being highly valued. If you are interested in playing, -PM- me a character concept and we can discuss it. Google hangouts for voice, mic required. Proficient English speakers only. Min-maxers not welcome. RP heavy. My focus is creating a world with realistic consequences to player choices, it's up to you to decide if you want to kill all the bandits or try and recruit them to defend the fort. Choices abound, and the world is not a friendly place. World has been developed fairly heavily for the last several years, I've played numerous campaigns in it all of which effected the history and lay of the land so to speak. The current campaign is set in a border outpost called Fort Bridgend. The High King has retreated back to Middaar after a spectacular defeat over the Spines of Aktrosha to a previously unknown foe. This retreat has left the colonials of Gogland without military backing, the recently quelled tribal people of the plains will soon realize the Wind Runners no longer patrol the skies and return from whatever dark holes they have hid for the past five years. Not to mention whatever force the king's assault angered to the west. Abandoned and surrounded by hostiles on all sides, the people of Bridgend are determined to survive. But to do that, they must first last through the winter that is fast approaching.
