One rule in life is to make backups, and in this case,it would lead to use the Character Vault to store character sheets. In games created by Plus or Pro members, everyone can import characters from the Character Vault. On the matter  of what lies behind the problem and fixing it, I have no idea. By narrowing down details of exactly what circumstances this have happened and when, someone else might come up with true solutions. Is it between games, during sessions?  does the player use another browser/OS/device than the rest of you? Chrome is the recommended browser iirc is all the data on the sheet wiped, or just parts? Are the fields removed completely from the Att & Abb tab, or just filled with zeros?  Do the sheet have a "wipe all" option in the settings? Any common circumstances for earlier instances?
was inbetween games, uses chrome, its now just a blank sheet, but it kept the bio tab info , other then that, thats all the info i have, its weird, ive advised they all vault their characters from now too

I moved this thread to the bugs forum. Can you have him post to this thread. To add on to what Andreas asked Could he please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
