[LF3P][5E] Permadeath Dungeon Crawl broadcasted Via Twitch. EST time tbd.

Hey guys! Got a weird but hopefully very fun request. Looking for 3 players (total) to join in a deadly dungeon delving deathmatch through the Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan. Why emphasize the deadliness and alliteration so much you ask? Well because the game I'm proposing is permadeath. What does that mean? Well usually during dungeon crawl type games if you die you can roll up fresh characters and continue as long as you have a suitably shaky reason to continue. In this game, presented more as a “contestants in a deadly game show" format, death will mean being booted from the game permanently upon your death. As you die in game, so you will be symbolically dead to your companions. The associated player can still participate via twitch. But they cannot even contribute to group discussions during the broadcast. (Private messages are still ok) So what am I looking for as far as players. Well since it's being broadcasted I want “contestants” to have certain characteristics. Those who apply should be good at sharing spotlight, have a highly narrative style, are personable, and are decisive. And most importantly can stay in character. Since we'll be broadcasting its important that any audience will be entertained by it. If it's fun or gets popular well keep going and do a different dungeon next time, with the survivors and newly recruited party members. Well be broadcasting on Twitch, using discord to chat, and hopefully importing to YouTube when it's done. Any twitch viewers that follow will get to vote on and decide critical successes and failures as long as they are mechanically fair, no matter how ridiculous. Characters must be level 5, and all gods, languages and locations will be in the Forgotten Realms universe. The game will take place in the lands of the Maztica. You don't have to know what that means to play. Be forewarned any applicants, the dungeon will be scaled to be harder and it is likely you will die. But try as you might to survive if you can. Survivors will be invited back for another round. If you have any questions or are interested please apply here! Looking to get started hopefully Saturday evening but depending on what everyone's availability will be. Please do not apply if you've already played this module as it may create an unfair disadvantage.
Hello fellow enthusiast, So I hear you are looking for a role player as well as a roll player. Mostly I have been only DMing, though reading your post has really given me an urge to respond to your request. My name is Shawn and I am a 31yr old, father & husband, I have a stable career in the Microbiology field and also happen to be a giant D&D RPer of 4 years using only 5th Edition. About me, I am in-character, voice user that will consistently show to every game and stay for the entirety of each session, while being an active contributor to discussions on and off the table if applicable. I try make characters that have a deep & rich background and interact with the worlds they are apart of more than chopping down goblins or whatever foul creature you may put in front of them. I could go on about how I will fulfill each aspect of a player you are looking for, but you can really only tell once you get to know me more and I hope you take that chance. I look forward to your response, whether good or bad, thank you for taking the time to read this message and happy rolling.
Heck yeah welcome! I'll send you an invite to the discord chat in a little bit to chat about character options and address any questions.
Hi Antonio: Seems like a fun concept. When are you looking to start? This seems like a great time. I've been playing and DMing 5e since it came out so I'm not bad with the system and haven't played the module you mentioned. I've also done sales for years so speaking in front of people isn't an issue for me. I do have a wife and son, so background noise may be a thing.
Got room for one more! Kinder check your pm's.
Hello Antonio I like this idea that you are proposing and would be interested in joining.  I have experience playing and DMing 3.5 and am currently DMing a 5e game right now.  I work as a therapist so talking isn't a problem haha.  When are you looking to start?
Haha! Welcome aboard cody! We can talk about that in the discord.
