Microsoft Surface Touch Functionality

I recently purchased a Surface Pro in the hopes of using it in tablet mode to DM games. When trying it on Google Chrome I am unable to use much of the functionality such as dragging tokens, drawing freehand lines, panning the map using the pan tool. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong. I am new to Roll20 so any help/hints/tips are greatly appreciated!!!

I've had this issue on a Surface Pro, and I was able to resolve it in Chrome by opening chrome://flags and changing the "Direct Manipulation Stylus" flag to "Disabled".
