Does Roll20 have anything like a support ticket? I sent a few emails regarding a deleted campaign and have no way to know (as far as I know) that they were received or if they will be acted on in any way. Even just an automated "your email has been received by the support staff" would be a good indicator that I am taking the correct steps. (not in suggestions forum because I didn't know if something like this existed and I'm just ignorant of it)
