Add an option for inline monospace text to the forum post editor.

Similar to bold , italics , and strike though . Sometime the code formatting option is overkill. Especially if it isn't needed for the whole paragraph/block and you don't want to interrupt the train of thought. Having a way to apply a monospace font to inline text would be great!
