Player Handouts Problem

So i'm attempting to attach a word 2010 file to one of my handouts, due to it allowing me to use better fonts and styles. Am I only able to add pictures in handouts or are files able to be added? The file "loads" for hours on end and is never fully added to the handout, is it possible?
Seems like pictures / graphics work. For example you can add a .jpeg of a combat chart for 4e, but loading a.pdf just gives you a grey bar that just sits there.
Documents won't work.
I don't think so but may I ask are you trying to put your script on the journal by way of the avatar image area?

As others have stated, documents will not work. However, PDF's should convert a single page to an image if the PDF is small enough but PDF to Roll20 image conversion is not the best way to bring an image into Roll20. if you can get the whole document looking good on 1 screen (like a half-page to a full page note), you can take a Screenshot of it to make a JPEG. Just an idea for keeping the fonts and making a handout
