Need Help from A Dev!

Hello, I've been trying for the past couple days now to change my account avatar. It won't allow me however. Whenever I go to change my avatar it just puts a grey line over the avatar and doesn't upload it. I've tried clearing my cookies, different browsers, different picture with different file formats. Nothing's working.
Hi Draxxias, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hey, so as I mentioned I already did steps 1 and 3. Repeated them again just to be sure, also did step 2. Still can't upload a picture. Anything you can do on your end? Not a lot I can add to the description I gave above. I go to change avatar. Select image. It tries to go through and the image goes from the default one to a white box with a single grey line at the top. If I try again it just keeps adding grey lines. Once I leave the page even after saving just to see what happens, I'm greeted with another default image.

@Pat S. I've tried jpg, png, even static gifs for the hell of it. Sizes range from 120kb to almost 1mb @Lordmage I've tried Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and the new one, and Microsoft Edge.

It is specifically this section of Step 4 that will help Drespar to diagnose your issue properly: A Console Log from the moment you logged into the page through when you encountered the issue. A console log is a listing of the activity that Roll20 is doing while you play, so we can spot anything that deviates from the norm. Follow the instructions below to open your log, then just copy and paste everything into your bug report forum post in the Bug Reports section of the forums and we will aid you further. In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console In Mozilla Firefox Use the keyboard shortcut: Control-Shift-K (Command-Option-K on the Mac) If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console

That was me traveling to the profile page and then attempting to upload a profile avatar for clarification on the log

Thanks for the update, I reckon it was gnomes who fixed it... they like to tinker in the back end ;) I'll mark this as resolved but if you have further issues please make a new thread and yes, that console information was exactly what would be needed for someone with expertise, such as Drespar, to assist you asap :)
