LFG [5e D&D/Pathfinder] New Players only 21+

Hello, I normally am on here looking for veteran gamers, however I am noticing that there have been a lot of New Players, looking for a group that want a DM to teach.  I am offering my services to a group of 5 gamers - new to the whole table top game.  This will be a full lenght game run from 6 pm EDT Mondays to 10 pm EDT. The first two sessions of the game will focus on character creation and tutorial modes, which will help people gain an understanding of the mechanics of either 5e or Pathfinder (potentially even both).  Next the game will progress into a story which will be "easy mode" to start, however once the game reaches level 3 the training wheels will come off, and the players will be working on their own as a party (let's face it by level 3 with all the guidance I can offer with 20 years of gaming experience - you should be able to handle a Turask!) If you are interested in this style of game, send me a pirate message, and we can talk.  You will need a working Mic, to be able to speak English (the only language I speak sort of okayish) and Discord.  Other then that, we are golden! Happy Gaming!
Two questions: - Are the times set in stone, or can they be slightly altered to fit the player a bit better/easier for those that aren't EDT timezones? - If using DnD, are homebrewed classes allowed? I'm not particularly new to DnD, but I'm not super experienced either. And I am looking for a game for Friday potentially.
This is a teaching game, so no home brew would be allowed.  This is right out of the books. The date and time are set in stone.
I'm interested. I have a lot of D&D and PF knowledge, but really only started reading the 5e PHB like two weeks ago.
