Looking for Group D&D 5e, Homebrew Game

Hello all, I am looking to run a game of D&D Fifth Edition. This will be an 18+ group, as there will probably be adult language and content, what with all the blood and hacking and slashing and such. New players and veterans alike are welcome, but please know that I will admit up front to not knowing all of the rules by heart, and I tend to let some rules of the game slip by if it makes for better story telling, makes sense for the scenario, or makes the game more fun/interesting. I would also like to ask anyone who wants to join the game to know what their characters can and can't do as far as abilities and skills, and that anyone playing a spellcaster know what their spells do ahead of time. My timezone is EST (eastern standard time). My schedule is flexible, but I'd prefer if we could play Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, sometime around or after noon/12:00 PM. The games will probably last around 2-3 hours, but may run longer or shorter depending upon how everyone is feeling on that particular day. I would like this game to be played with Discord so we can all voice chat as we play. As for the game itself: This campaign will take place in a homebrew world I have been crafting over the last few years called Ha'Tali. I can provide any details and answer any questions you might have about this world, and if people show interest in joining I'll type up more beyond what is needed for this tale. In general this setting is a high fantasy/medieval world, but there are certain locations which have more advance technology, such as airships, boats, and carriages powered by elemental magic. And of course there are much less advances areas where magic is more scarce and the strong take what they like with brute force. Characters will begin at level 1. You can use any of the official D&D 5e books, such as the player's handbook, Xanthar's Guide, or Volo's Guide, as well as any Unearthed Arcana published by Wizards of the Coast. I also have a few homebrew races which will be available upon request. Players will take up the role of a member of the Adventurer's Guild, an amalgam of a number of other guilds which work towards solving the problems of the world. You take on various missions, such as escorting merchants from one city to the next, or defeating the bugbear who has taken up residence in the farmer's barn. You can be a member of another guild as well, such as the Fighter's Guild or the Huntsman's Guild, and simply take the odd Adventurer's Guild task now and then for a bit of fun or profit. The story and world will evolve as the game goes on. You'll be able to choose from a number of quests and based on which quest you take, how well you preform the task, and what the ultimate outcome of the quest is, you will be able to earn gold and uncover secrets all around you. One quest may end with you receiving a few gold coins, another may lead to the discovery of a long dead civilization. To keep things fair, all characters will level up at the same time. The only way to fall behind in levels is if you miss a game somewhere along the line, but then it also depends on what we do during the games as well. If you happen to miss a shopping session then no harm done, but if you miss the boss fight at the end of the dungeon you will fall behind. Anyone interested on joining the game can PM me about it or comment on this post. If I see interest I'll set something up so everyone can share the information about the game and see who will be in the party. This game is open to everyone, but a warning: though I hope I does not happen, if other members of the group begin to complain to me about a certain player enough I will ask that player to leave. At that point I will either find a new player or leave the space open depending upon various factors.
If on the off chance you're able to run/play in the evenings on Wednesday (7 PM EST would be perfect but I could do a little earlier), I'd be interested. I'm an RP heavy player with over 22 years of experience with various systems. PM me if you want more info.
If you can do evenings, Thursdays, I'm in.
I have gotten a few people asking if I could run a later game, and I may try and get another game going later on, but for now this game should be running Tuesdays at 12 PM EST. I can manage more than one game at a time, but this is pretty much my first time hosting a game here on Roll20 so I need to get a bit more used to it. But if things change I'll be sure to let everyone know and message the people who are interested in a later game who've messaged me or replied to this. ALSO I'm going to edit this in somewhere above, but I would like to play this over Discord so we can do it through voice chat. Been trying to ask this of everyone who has messaged me already but I feel I need to put it up here as well.
