LF 1-2 Players [Edge Of Empire]

Its Edge of Empire the Star Wars FFG its going to be on roll20 but using Discord to roll the dice. I do my research but Star Wars isn't my primary area of expertise and nether is this system.  I require a Pregame Interview to screen players as I have been bitten by Randoms before and while the damage they can do to a game isn't unmanageable its still annoying. The current moment is planned for Monday afternoon as many of us have jobs that require us to work on weekends. Other than that here is the Intro to some degree. Year is 3964 BBY The Mandalorian threaten to consume Everything in their path. As they continue to conquer systems along the eastern edge of the galaxy. Hesitant to get into yet another grueling war The Galactic Republic foolishly take a non intervention policy hoping they could maintain peace. However Mandalorian forces instead grew to a point where it threatens to topple the Republic itself. The only Hope a group of interventionist Jedi known as the Revanchist, led by the charismatic Revan and his friend Malak, joined the Republic Military. The Republic thankful for the help struggle to hold back the ever growing hoards of Mandalorians lead by there leader Mandalore the Ultimate, who pioneered the Neo-Crusader a fierce fighting force that has yet to see any major losses. But behind the scenes many dark unknown entities are stirring and only those of an ancient prophecy will have a chance to stop any plans from seeing fruit. However will our unlikely heroes be able to follow this unknown prophecy or will the galaxy fall into the clutches of a far greater threat. Feel free to ask questions

Having played a dozen SW games over the many years, from Atari to what we have today, I can safely say this much: I'm interested, but I got NO experience with the SW RPG what so ever. Since you wish to do a "pregame interview", it  would allow me to ask some quick questions and you'd be able to judge weather I may be useful for this little 'dream group' you are making for this RPG. Though i WILL say this much: If playing a Jedi is mandatory, I WILL be gray and NOT a lone wolf type. I find the Lone Wolf character type to be disruptive to a fun game, but that's just me. Nah, I'd enjoy working with a group or at least 1 other player and a few dozen hired NPCs to occasionally state the obvious. Now I don't know anything of classes (if any) in this SW game, or races. But as i'm writing this line of text (heh), i'm entertained by the thought of playing an R2 unit or some other Droid. I don't know if at all possible, but the idea at least entertains me. Will not lie - I'm inspired by the pc game "Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords" where you get to play as R2 unit in the start of the game. Now here is the thing, i did some quick research a while back to see how large a voice module is, and how much empty space an R2 unit has. It has enough space for one, so why they only speak in beepity-boops I don't know when they have more then enough room for such a module to be able to speak at least 1 Language besides beepity-boop. Heck, they even have a perfectly good loudspeaker for playback of sounds their har around them, so why not utilize that? Okay sure it might not be as great quality sounding as robots designed to talk like other bi-peds. Though there something interesting about the sound of a can/vintage sounding voice. Could always just make it sound like some old radio, that be pretty fun. Now that was just an idea and some thoughts ... And a wall of text.
