Gift not working

Hello! Yesterday, 04/12/2018, I sent $ 9.99 to a friend,  Castanho . Your subscription was over a few days ago so I decided to give it a month. The problem is that he can not sign, saying he needs a registered credit card. I even tried later to buy direct through PayPal, but still says that I need a credit card. He sent an email to Roll20, but there were no answers yet. Thank you!

The Devs have been away on a group retreat, April 9th through 12th, and I imagine they're digging through the backlog of emails as quickly as they can.  This matter can only be handled through email, so please be patient :)
