LFG new player dungeons and dragons

as the title says i am a new player never played before but always wanted to. prefer 5e but homebrew and other versions are a possibility with explanation. If possible i want a role play group. let me know if you have any questions. My schedule, I work saturday and sunday morning, and monday-wednesday evening. outside of that i am free

If you are still looking for a group, I am part of a group of people that don't have a set time or anything for playing games, but we do one-shots here and there when people are available.  Most of us are EST, and typically we have played games Saturday nights about 8 p.m. EST and would be glad to help you learn if you would be interested in more of a bunch of one shots now and again instead of a full campaign.
