In case anyone is still having problems with the SP4 pen on Roll20, I've just found a post in Reddit with the solution. FYI, Chrome has its own setting, so if this doesn't work for anyone using Chrome, try opening chrome://flags and changing the "Direct Manipulation Stylus" flag to "Disabled".
