There aren't currently any tokens on this page that can take a turn

When I open the initiative tool, I have 1 player out of 5 whose initiative roll does not show up. In times past it worked for him. We did some troubleshooting with just him and myself online and when I pulled up the initiative tool I got a box saying "There aren't currently any tokens on this page that can take a turn"   I changed his token a couple of times (using both pre-made tokens that worked in the past, and even making a brand new token for him) making sure it was assigned to him. I checked his character sheet, it was inline with the other character sheets for my other players as far as I saw. None of the rest of my player are having this problem. Does anyone have any other ideas? 

Are you sure that the player has the token selected when rolling initiative?

Yes, we've tried it both ways, selected and not selected.

What character sheet? 

If there are token actions available to the character, do they display when the token is selected?

A wild stab: If you are using the Shaped sheet, ensure you have the "Send to Tracker" box ticked. Are you as DM able to roll initiative for the token?

Character sheets = 5th edition (OGL by Roll20) All my players use the same character sheet and no one but the one player is having this problem. Not sure what you mean by token actions. I see the options available (settings, etc) No, I can't roll initiative for it either. However I created all the character tokens and made them all the same way, I have re-made his right from creating it and bringing it into the game --still nothing I'm thinking theres something about his character sheet thats unique but in comparing them, I'm just not seeing anything.

After hitting the initiative button, when you push up in chat, what do you get?

Actually we just got done with our session and its working now -- I have no idea what happened, we really didn't do anything different. But thanks for all the assistance.I do apprieciate it!
