Go to your account page (click on your name in the top right corner and choose my account) and double check you have set your preferences to email you either a daily summary or for each individual post then on any post that is not game forum post will have to be clicked to follow (the button is below the blue post reply button in the top right corner area). Any post in a gaming group you have joined is an automatic follow so you should get notifications for those without the need to follow.
