In Roll20, above the chatroom, "Collections" Scroll down until you find the deck. Select it, and a window should pop up. Scroll down in that window; at the bottom is the option to DELETE it. If instead you wish to remove the deck from the play field, but not delete it entirely, there is an option to HIDE it.
