Dynamic Lightning and Darkvision ...

I have a problem, of my player can only see 30 feet in all direction ( Oracle in Pathfinder ). Whenever I use any torch to light up the underground cave, how can I make his token to not see the torch if they are too far away, while other player who can see clearly can see them? Situation : All 4 players are in a really dark cave. The player with darkvision can see 30 feet. 40 feet ahead of the player is a torch who emit light in a 20 feet radius. The player with darkvision is able to see all the way there. I don't know if I make myself clear or not ...

Don't think you can, maybe with API, not sure. That said, go into the woods with a friend at night, have him go 40' away from you and light up a torchlight. Darkvision or not, you'll see the torchlight pretty good. All in all, I'd advise to just let it as is, you can see light VERY, VERY far away (sometimes miles out) when it's very dark around you.

G. , I think the problem is that an Oracle is blind except for the 30' darkvision. It is a particular limitation of the Oracle curse. Rackdam, You should be able to replicate this by setting all light sources to be controlled by all players *except* the Oracle. Do not checkmark either the "all players" box or the "has sight" box on any lightsource. PC tokens should have "has sight" normally. The Oracle can then have his sight set to 30' with the "all players" off and the "has sight" on.
Rack's referring to a Pathfinder Oracle class feature 'Curse: Clouded Vision' that makes them completely blind at exactly 30 feet. You can do it, but with limitations/consequences. What you do is add tokens for your light sources on the token layer. Give all your players control of these tokens EXCEPT the oracle. On the light sources token advanced properties where you set the light distance, turn off the 'all players see light'. With that option off, only players who have permissions for the tokens can see its light. Next you make a light source token just for your oracle. Give it 30 ft light with no dim, give just the Oracle permission to control the token, and make sure 'all players see light' is off. As the GM, place the oracle's token icon on over the light source highlight both and group them so they move together as one unit. This has all sorts of annoying consequences (players can move lights around, oracle looks like they're always carrying a torch around, etc) but technically gets the job done. All said and done, I'd honestly just ask your Oracle to use the most overlooked and powerful tools available: imagination.
Damnit Gauss, beat me again... and it's not even a Macro question :)
Yeah, thank for the anwser, we were using the aura, but it's annoying as it cover too much ground with a ugly fade yellow color XD I've try your way ... too complicated lol, will stick with the aura, thank tho!
