WebRTC

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues on WebRTC. We often have the webcam video disappearing and then it comes back in the top left corner of the screen and sometimes half of the video feed is behind the map. Quite often the video for someone can drop out completely but the voice is still there. Maybe this is a bandwidth issue? Anyway I just wanted to share and get some feedback.
Does the webcam video disappear for everyone at the same time or just individual users? Does everyone have the issue of it being half "behind the map"?

It is only ever one of us at a time but it is not always the same person. When they refresh their screen to fix the video it returns to normal but it will sometimes cause someone else to half disappear behind the map after they resfresh.
Also to add, we all use google chrome.
Have you tried using the flash option (everyone would have to change their settings from the default WebRTC to Flash in the settings tab) or google hangouts?
We don't like flash because it is extremely laggy, even with voice only. We are happy to put up with the problems using WebRTC (it is still functional for voice even when it does strange things with the video).
