Fired up the WebRTC connection for the first time tonight. It was only myself and a single other player. Nothing. No voice, just static (on his end) or nothing (on mine). No video, unless it takes more than 5 minutes for the video to start. We both use macs running OS X (10.6.8 for me), and ran Firefox (v26 for me). We normally use Skype and I've been waiting for a good time to test out the new voice capabilities since the Reload. Unfortunately it was completely unsuccessful. Settings were set for Voice Only (and then Voice and Video to see if that would help the problem), and WebRTC.
There is a little bit of set up involved the first time you use WebRTC. This Wiki page has some instructions. It looks like there's a dialogue box that pops up in Firefox. Did you both see that?

Yes. I set it for built in camera (default) and switched between default in line mic and the line in mic. Neither worked. No further options or switches prompted.
Let's try this: http://tokbox.com/opentok/quick-start/demo.html That's the bare-bones demo for the Tokbox WebRTC which Roll20 uses. Does that work for either of you?
