I bought PRO several days ago and my access
level on the DEV sever is still set to FREE. I sent an email to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> a couple days ago and haven’t
received a response. I have tried using different browsers (Chrome &
Firefox) and changing my password but neither helped to resolve the issue.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to get this resolved?
