D&D 4e Power Card help.

So I am on a mission to import as much of the PHB as possible into roll20 for my players. The character info has all the stats with tons of links to journal entries with rules and so forth... I would like to do the same for the power cards being used, so nobody has to flip through books or mess with other programs. I thought about making decks of cards for each character, but I would have to make them massive in order to be read. Also the players would have to drag them onto the table one at a time to read them. Then I thought about making journal links to all the powers...But that would mean a crap ton more handouts to my already unruly handout list. Does anyone else have experience with this?

My suggestion would be to make actual cards out of the power cards. Each player has his own deck with the various power cards in that deck. Deal the entire deck to the player. When the player wants to read a card he can click on the card in his hand and it will zoom so he can read it.

Unless it zooms to fit the pixels, if that's the case then it would work in theory, BUT...high rez jpgs would quickly eat up my 100mb upload limit..
inb4 "become a supporter!" I will eventually....I told my friends that if we are still using roll20 a month or two from now, I would become a supporter.

Are 4e power cards the same size as a standard deck of cards? My munchkin cards are 440x688 pixels @210kb and are quite legible when I use zoom. If they are not perhaps you can invite me to your game so I can see an example of what you are working with.
ok, so that is much larger than the default playings cards (250 pixels vertical), So they must zoom to fit pixels to screen. I will test some jpegs and see how many KBs I can work with.

OK...So with Gauss's Help, I have figured out a solution! I made one PNG image for the deck back. (so it can have some transparency) I just made a green, red and grey circle inside a large transparent square. This way it doesn't cover much of the screen, especially when you have 5+ players with cards. I made the card 650 pixels vertical so that the "zoom" would be readable. I saved that card as JPEG at 50% quality(GIMP) so that it was a mere 21KB and still readable. [100% quality was 48KB]

Power blocks (in the books and the builder portion of the Character Builder) vary wildly in height based on the content of the power, although they are a uniform width. The power cards contain information specific to the character's build, including their equipment, and are often abbreviated and/or split into multiple cards if necessary and appropriate. Power blocks are character-agnostic. Power blocks in the power preview pane of the Character Builder are include a breakdown of where various bonuses are coming from. For example:
