Also, there happens to be one nice Cliff face map, in The Master's Vault, which is a Free demo module from Roll20.  It is not a cliff-overlay drag-and-drop, but is a singular map of a cliff-face encounter area, it's a nice encounter area map,

The map from the module in terms of art style and appearance are closet.  Thanks!  Hopfully a content creator will consider working on it.
