Roll20 app in Google+ Hangouts problem

February 07 (11 years ago)
Hi

I tried to join a game in Google+ but I am not able to. All I receive is:
"There was an error loading your app! This app did not load because there appears to be something wrong with it."

Hangout+Roll20 was working for me in december so I wonder what is wrong.
I have tried to revoke permissions but it didnt help. The same problem is happening in Firefox or Chrome.

What could be wrong with my configuration/browser?

Can you run the game in Roll20 (not Google+)?

Yes, that works wonderfully. Unfortunately some of my friends have problems with webrtc so we use hangout when possible.

You can open a hangout in a separate tab from roll20 which is what my group does.

Yes I know and we had also after some time spent with restarts/configurations used this approach. But to have video stream and roll20 desktop altogether is really preferred.
I wonder what could went wrong as just some time ago it worked.

I suggest going to: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and following the steps there. I would start with step 3 and also log out of both Google and Roll20 after clearing your cache. Then log back into both.

Thank you for your advice :)
I have cleared the cache on Chrome and it helped!
For some reason also Roll20 on FF+Hangout started to work

Sorry for not consulting the manual before posting here.
