Add a macro / text output to all players before doing a /gmroll

Hello, We would like a way to let players know that the DM is doing a secret roll. Just like when sitting at the table, it's intriguing and "scary" that the DM is rolling at times for no reason at all. So we want all the rolls the DM does to be secret, so the NPC's all have their rolls set to whisper to DM only. But is there a simple way of making there be a text output to all before every roll. My suggestion was making a macro button that just did "/me Rolls some dice" but then the DM would have to remember to press the button and stuff. Second suggestion would be just throwing real dice near the mic, might end up going for that one unless anyone has a cool idea. Anyone has a good solution or suggestion?

If the GM uses macros to roll their dice, they can just add an extra line to the macro: "GM is rolling dice..."

You can include multiple lines in your macros, so you could just include a little descriptor as you suggested; /desc The GM appears to be rolling dice... /w gm Trap is sprung and rocks fall! Everyone within 30' must make a DC20 Reflex save or take [[4d6]] damage. I also believe there's an API script(pro perk) that can automatically detects a whispered GM roll https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5445218/slug%7D
Thank you! I will look into the API
