NEWDM-D&D 4e-Feb 16th.

Posting for a friend! She's planning on attempting her first ever DM session, she's very interested in the gaming side of things but has never really gotten around to actually trying to DM one herself. She's obviously a new DM and is relatively new to gaming as well. She has many of the basics down however. She's looking for other new players to join her, though experienced players are welcome she would prefer to learn the game with "newbies".

I'm throwing my hat in the ring. I also have a coworker who may be interested.

If you've a free slot after everyone I'm up for a Sunday game. I am experienced with the system but am pretty good at playing dumb :). Knowing the time frame would be a great asset though!

Ouch, Well count me out. That time is nowhere close to working for me.

5-6 works for me. Any restrictions on character class or roles? I'm thinking about rolling a Warlock?

Warlock is fine. Just using PHB 1-3.

I expect this one is full, but just in case: I've played one short 4E campaign before so I don't need to go over the mechanics, but I'm also not a rules fuhrer :D. Oh, and although I'm English, I'm a total night owl so I can play 5-12 CST no problem. I prefer a light-hearted game with a decent amount of OOC banter. So, a little less LARP, a little more board game with friends. If that makes sense.

If you guys could start at 6 CST I'd love to play, if that works let me know if you need any certain class to round out your party.

See if I am clear on character creation: PHB 1-3 (No Primal/Martial/Etc. Powers) Level 1 (I assume) 100g starting gold? Adventurer Kit given or bought? If so, and you have any full newbies lurking in here I don't mind helping with character creation :)
