[LFP] [Savage Worlds] Interface Zero 2.0

Game Name: Interface Zero 2.0 Paid/Free: Free Platform: Voice/Text Roll20 with Discord voice System & Setting: Savage Worlds, using the Interface Zero 2.0 setting Available Space: 10- 12 players. Im doing a West Marches style game, where the players join and play as they please. I'll keep the group to one dozen players to help me keep track of the characters. As time goes on, I might expand the pool. Time, Time zone, & Day: Days and time will change from week to week, however I can promise that we will usually be playing at around 8.00pm GMT+8. The first session will begin on May 13th. The time will be at 8.00pm GMT+8 but may be later or sooner if the group decides to change the timing Rules Campaign rules 1) Dont be a murderhobo 2) Have a character background(history, family, etc) ready before play, send it to me for approval 3)Outfit your character with their lifestyle in mind Rules rules 1)Dont be a dick 2) Be on time 3) Let other players have the limelight Synopsis Interface Zero 2.0 is about the start of a new age, of cybertronic limbs replacing flesh, of gene boutiques that design the best humans money can buy or inject animal genes into the human genome to morph into human/animal hybrids. It is also a time where psionics rise, capable of great and terrible things. Corporate power is on the rise, while the global peace has been shattered. The internet can be accessed by everyone, and yet is encumbent to it. It's not all daisies and sunshine however, as the world is spiralling into chaos with the manipulations of the AI, Charon. Global warming did happen, thawing out much of Siberia, revealing precious resources and China moves in despite heavy resistance by the Russians. The United States has been fractured into 3 nations, each with its own agenda. Interface Zero is a world in a distant future, plagued by corporate schemes, machinations of distant nations and the ever increasing concerns from genetherapy, the creation of genetic puppets and the question of transhumanity. Here you are either a cog in the machine, a sequence out of the loop or just some psycho waiting for something to happen.
As I posted, I am looking for players in a West Marches style game of Interface Zero 2.0. Think of it as Shadowrun but without magic, just psionics. No fantasy races, but genetic mapping as well as cellular manipulation are present, creating the perfect human beings and even animal features on normal people. My work day change by the week, so I need a flexible schedule game. I'll accept anyone that is willing to join, and learn. All I ask is your commitment, and punctuality.
If only you had a fixed day (with a fallback day, to cover your schedule), and a fixed player group! With a semi-random group composition, it seems very likely that the campaign will be heavily episodic (aka "chained one-shots"), with little integration of characters' backgrounds. That, in turn, will reduce player involvement / attachment, and thus drain the RP quality.  I hope that my assessment is inaccurate, and if you have thoughts on it, I'm all ears.
That's the idea yea. The game will involve one mission that can be resolved in 1 session, or it might stretch to 2 depending. The problem with the lack of RP as you said is definitely something I'm striving to resolve. I'm going to use all the hindrances and background hooks of the players to keep the story going in an interesting way. Whenever there is a lull in the story, I'll engage some sort of mechanic or rp to move the game along. I know this seems like a poor solution to replace group cohesion and player involvement in the story, but that's all I can offer at this point. I would love to have a solid time and date for a game but sadly, I do not have such a luxury. This is the best I got, and the best I'm willing to give.
