Payment issues

Hey, I recently re-upgraded my account back to pro by paying 100 dollars but despite hte payment processing my account has not been fixed. What are my options here? The number provided via email doesn't work, and no one seems to be responding to my emails I send. It's really inconveniencing myself and my players, not to mention I'm currently down 100 dollars because of this.
Hi Berenal, This issue should be resolved. For security purposes, we do request that any payment issues be kept to email as you have already sent. Any posts to Bug Reports of this nature will usually be requested to email us.
