Player Character cannot mover her token

I have a player in our campaign that cannot move her token. We have tried everything we can think of. She is the only experiencing the issue.
Is this the same individual you were reporting that couldn't see the map? Please double check that you've given her proper control of the token in the token settings and that it is on the tokens layer.
I have done that - She just submitted the log that is requested when "nothing else works" her user name is RPJeana
I have players with the same issue, they can't move their tokens, even if permission is given to them and the tokens are on the correct layer...it's very frustrating.

Please send me a join link to the campaign(s) that are having issues. I will come take a look. Having Gauss join the game might help rule out a campaign-wide issue. Based on her console log, it looks like you have a pretty complicated campaign going with lots of big image files. Is she using an older computer by any chance? Be sure to archive any pages which you aren't actively using, as that will speed things up a lot since Roll20 won't load the image assets for archived pages. Can she do everything else correctly? (E.g. pan around the map, when you switch the player bookmark to a different page she changes pages correctly, etc.?) My guess is that this is an issue with her specific computer rather than a Roll20-wide issue.
That was what I was afraid of Riley. She is using a bit of a dated computer although some hardware is updated. I will give the archiving a shot cause one map that I have on the campaign in particular is very large with A LOT of assets. For the most part she can do everything normally. Although at some points we do get an error message on Chrome that prompts us to either Reload or ignore. I Belive is is WebGL or something like that? Gauss, I will send you an invite - Do you need me to be present in the campaign? If so I may need to wait to do that? Thank you both for the prompt response and the information - It helps to know that when I have a problem I am not just told how to fix it but also why the problem may be caused (Very indicitive of a "big-picture" mindeset). Thanks again!

For what it's worth, in the next update one of the major new changes is that Roll20 will be smarter about only loading images once you access a page. The downside to this is that if it's the first time you play in a campaign, it may take a few moments for all the images to load in. The upside is that even if you have a campaign with a lot of pages, you'll no longer be crashing people's computers as they try to load 1,000 images at once for every page they could possibly see (even though they'll likely only see a few pages in the game session).
