To initially start, this game will begin with the Module of "The Lost Mine of Phandelver". Afterward, the game opens up to many possibilities. Such as Tyranny of Dragon (1485 DR), Prince of the Apocalypse (1491 DR), Storm King Thunder(1492 DR), Tomb of Annihilation(1493 DR), even Curse of Strahd, or Homebrew content based on actual events that has ocurred in Faerun between 1481-1499 DR. We are starting off in the Sword Coast of Faerun; Neverwinter to be exact, in the year of 1481 DR. This world is alive and conflicts are on-going wether you are apart of it or not. This game is rich with lore and events happening in Faerun. I implore everyone who wishes to join, to get their hands on "Sword Coast Adventure Guide" Book. As I will be following & expanding on all the info in that book. Pantheons, Cults, Tribes, Kindoms, etc is all based off on that book and the Forgotton Realm Wiki. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Act 1 Story: The Lost Mine of Phandelver Story Over five hundred years ago, a pact was made between a clan of gnomes and dwarves which became known as the Phandelver Pact. Together they mined the magically rich ores within Wave Echo Cave. Human spell-casters from nearby Phandalin joined forces with them and together they combined their collective skills to create a forge to craft magical items dubbed the Forge of Spells. Everything came to an abrupt end when orcs, craving magical treasures, sieges Phandalin and the Wave Echo Cave mine. The battle destroyed Phandalin and much of the mine as well, causing various cave-ins throughout. Very few survived the conflict to relate the tale. The Forge of Spells become legend and the entrance to Wave Echo Cave was lost. Now a group of friends has decided to form a guild and is meeting their first clientèle in Neverwinter.
