In my experience, it seems like large is roughly: A game with dozens of Pages, dozens of Journals (say more than 40 of each). It could also certainly be other areas if they were super-large like dozens of Card Decks, 100's of rollable tables, 1000's of macros, 100's of tokens. Usually a campaign with any sections that large should consider using the Library Game / Holding Tank / Transmogrify method. (Can explain the method if you're not familiar).
