NEED HELP! Copy Game Not Copying

As the title states, copying my game doesn't copy character sheets, handouts, or pages. The only thing accessible from the original is "My Library" I'd REALLY like to be able to backup or at least export character sheets and import them into a new game as my current one is getting rather large and soon I will have to move to a clean slate.
Same problem here.   Same time of day as last time I had this problem.  My game has far too many things to copy to try to use the transmogrifier to backup manually.   Why the does the client indicate the game is copied when it is not?  --  Every time I make a game copy, I have to manually check to see if it copied properly.  I know from reading the forums this is a recurring issue.   Any progress on finding a solution to the game copy function, or at least a function that will tell us when the game copy fails instead of saying it was a success when it wasn't? thanks.

I used the Transmorgrifier to transfer every page, character sheet, handout, deck, roll table and jukebox items to a new game to basically have a backup. It surprisingly worked well, all my pages were ordered the same and all the tokens were assigned to the proper sheets. The only downfall is my folder structure is gone and characters are just saved in one big folder and it's the same for handouts. Can we get some information about this copy game issue? Is it being worked on? Do the staffers even know the source?

Some abnormally large campaigns will fail to copy due to size. I'll poke a dev and see if that's the issue here. What's the name of the campaign you're trying to copy?

Thanks for responding. GM / Owner = "Kastion" Campaign Name:  "Damage Incorporated - Weekly Game" Campaign ID: 3163839
Hi Kastion, In this particular case, could you email us at <a href="mailto:Team@Roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@Roll20.net</a> so we can assist further? Thank you!
How large is "abnormally large?"&nbsp;&nbsp; That might be a good thing to know.

In my experience, it seems like large is roughly: A game with dozens of Pages, dozens of Journals (say more than 40 of each).&nbsp; It could also certainly be other areas if they were super-large like dozens of Card Decks, 100's of rollable tables, 1000's of macros, 100's of tokens. Usually a campaign with any sections that large should consider using the Library Game / Holding Tank / Transmogrify method. (Can explain the method if you're not familiar). Wiki, <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Optimizing_Roll20_Performa" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Optimizing_Roll20_Performa</a>... Also, Ris, I looked up at your earlier post in this thread (and also replied on your thread in Pro forum). You can do the same as the Original Poster, Kastion, and email directly to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> with all the details for the Dev Team to assist.&nbsp; However if you want to make your own new Bug report thread, that's cool too, and then I can reply there with the Troubleshooting steps directly for your issue (which might turn out to be same or different from Kastion's), and go from there.
My game will not copy as well. I've copied it many times over in the past and now it just fails. It is a large game, but as I said.....I've copied it at least three times now. Kind of need this backed up soon....and its only been happening in the last few days.

We can address each user's issue more cleanly that way, and keep track of who has submitted console logs ready for Roll20 Team to look for diagnostic information. Drespar from Roll20 Team has already taken Kastion's issue from this thread to the next level.
