There is a couple steps to try Make sure the tokens are linked to journals Go to the Tokens advanced tab and adjust the player permissions by using the checkmark on the see column and saving it. Make sure you that if you are going to make the default token to a sheet, set the token up fully first. Make sure you also fill out both fields (current/max) in the bar/bubble field so the health bar will show up.
