There are no "flip horizontal/vertical" options on my advanced token menu. Please help--line of sight is backwards on all my players' tokens.

That's strange.  You can certainly use TokenMod to do the flips: !token-mod --flip flipv fliph As to why you don't have it in your menu, can you post a screenshot of the menu and the selected token?
