{DM looking for players} D&D 5e: Lost Mine of Phandelver (Week Nights after 10pm EST)

Looking for 4-6 Players for Lost Mine of Phandelver. I have about 3 years of experience with 5e, and I have a little bit of DMing experience. I have been running a homebrew campaign on the weekends for about 7 months now. I have never ran a module before, Looking for a good mix of players new and experienced. I will not tolerate PVP conflict! This will be a friendly group based game! We will use Discord for Voice Chat. All PC's will start out at level 1. Most Races Welcome (would like to stay away from Orcs, Goblins, bugbears, Hobgoblin and Flying Races) All classes and subclasses from the PhB, SCAG, & XGtE are welcome. Name: Ron&nbsp; Experience with D&D: I am fairly knew I have 30 hours of play time but I know how everything works. What you would like to see from a game session: A good healthy mix of both is always best! Character Concept(s) Ill just include his bio.&nbsp; (Name: Larkson) (Half-elf cleric) (BIO) In youth, Larkson committed actions he is not proud of. Deeds that left dark stains upon his soul, ones so deep they might take a lifetime to wash away. When Larkson hit rock-bottom through addiction it wasn't till he turned to faith was he able to overcome his tragic ways. With only a year into his sobriety, Larkson had a vision while fishing. None other than Chauntea the Great Mother traveled across the lake to Larkson. The Goddess presented Larkson with a crest, the holy symbol of Chauntea and muttered only a few words. "Redeem your self" Vowing to atone for all of the horrible acts he has committed, Larkson set off leaving his village behind in search of clarity and redemption.

Name: Nick&nbsp; Experience with D&D: 2 1/2 years of d&d 5e about 3 months of d&d 5e What you would like to see from a game session: A mix always promotes a good game experience! Character Concept(s) Blimby- a halfling wizard&nbsp; Backstory: Blimby always wanted to predict the future as a child. Being the son of a well renowned Fortune teller, He was expected to have vast future site. This however was not the case as Blimby could only really master hindsite.&nbsp;

Name : Dan Experience with D&D : Years of experience, mostly as a DM so hoping to get some time as a player! What you would like to see from a game session &nbsp;: I favour RP quite a lot, even in combat I try to turn the battle into an RP encounter using the environment to my advantage etc rather than 'I roll 2 damage' over and over. Keeps things fresh :) Character Concept(s) : Since I don't get a chance to be on the player side often I haven't really got any character ideas on the back burner, but I'm totally open. I always lean towards Cleric type characters so Cleric, Paladin - but as I say, whatever is needed. Sounds like a good game could come out of this :) Props for trying your hand at DMing more by the way, since so many players say they want to but never get down and actually do it hehe

I enjoy RP and character development, but I&nbsp;also enjoy difficult combat sessions. Character Concept(s) Cassius - Aasimar Hexblade Warlock Backstory: After the loss of his sister to a roaming zombie horde, Cassius begged the world to give him the power to destroy the foes that slew his sister. He heard a woman's voice in his head telling him to take his revenge, as a greatsword appeared in his hands. He rose and charged the creatures, slaying them in the process. He returned his sister to their&nbsp;family home, but couldn't stay. Something was calling him to slay these undead creatures.

Name: JoJo/Snow/John, all work Experience with D&D: 3 years going and never touched the starter set! &nbsp;I'd also love to help any newbies learn the game! What you would like to see from a game session (RP, Combat, a Mix of the two?) Both really, especially between the party itself. &nbsp;RP, I mean! &nbsp;It's a major part of the game, in my opinion, and I'd hate for it to be skipped Character Concept An Elven fighter, but I'd like to work with everyone on making my character as well, if it's no issue
