Was wondering if anyone wanted to play any Robotech? Preferably one of the Invid eras or Macross. Also, I'd like to be a player if anyone would want to GM.
I haven't played or run Robotech in years (about 20 or so to be close). I remember how the game started at the very beginning of the series and how my character barely survived slamming his vertech into the SDF. Fun times.
Yeah, I noticed a lack of anything Palladium when I used the LFG tool. Maybe we could get something started? I'll keep watching this thread if interested people wanna put days and times they can game. I could do Tues, Wed, Thurs if its a weekly game.Thanks for the replies everyone.
Tuesday would be my day of choice as well. Hopefully someone who would like to GM comes along. I've got the 2nd ed Shadow chronicles and Macross books and a bunch of the old ones (Macross, RDF Manual, Zentraedi, Invid Invasion, Sentinels, New World Order and maybe some others as well as some old RIFTS stuff).
I would greatly prefer it if the game occurred on Wednesday, but I can do Tuesday, I would just have to juggle some things around to make time for it. After 8 PM EST (GMT - 5), since I'm at work until then, or early in the morning.
Ok. I will bite bullet. I will run a southern cross mini series on tuesday start between 9 and 10pm eastern. Justfor us to gather and maybe plan for the future. I will post details later. My skype is greatarelius1 for contacting or pm me here. Sessions will b two hours long roughly.
I just started reading my Robotech books a week ago (just cause) and was hella surprised to see this jump up. Glad to see I am not the only old fan of the Palladium books.
Awesome. I got one player committed 100%. I will say, there will be no space action on the mini series. After the series, someone else to run their series or I can plan another. Would like some variety myself though :)
Most of the Southern Cross stuff was centered around the hovertanks anyways, but after this I'd love to see some space action, maybe some REF vs Invid or old school stuff with the Zentraedi. If Tuesday is the day then count me in as well, I'll start making a character too.
