WebGL hit a snag

Hello. I'm new to Roll20. I have Explorer and was told it was out of date. I downloaded the chrome elements and it's still out of date. I then tried Chrome and got "WebGL hit a snag" I can't make new maps with chrome at all can someone help?
Older versions of Internet Explorer are not supported by Roll20. IE11 sort of works, but the developers haven't had the opportunity to fully test it with the application as of yet. A few questions: 1. Could you elaborate on what you mean by "chrome elements"? Did you download the full chrome browser or some kind of extension for internet explorer? 2. Please go to http://supportdetails.com/ and copy and paste the results here (but without the IP address please). 3. Also visit http://get.webgl.org/ since that should let you know if WebGL is working in your browser or not.

The Chrome plugin for Internet Explorer hasn't been supported in awhile. I suggest using Chrome (the full browser) or Firefox. Alternately, IE 11 *seems* to work but as Sarah has stated the Devs have not yet tested it for compatibility with Roll20.
Repeat: I tried Google Chrome, as in the actual google chrome and get "WebGL hit a snag" and cannot make maps.
I downloaded firefox, and that works perfectly. I was hoping to not need a 3rd browser

If you want to try to fix Chrome I would suggest going to https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and trying step three to see if it is a problem with extensions. Alternately, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling your Chrome.
