Can't drag and drop

I was using drag and drop and now it's not working. My DM can't make it work either. Trying to drop items from in game. It came up with an error and now unfortunately I no longer have the screen shot of it. Used chrome, IE and firefox, all now no longer working. Thoughts?

Just recreated it by clicking and dragging crossbow bolts into the character sheet.

Just making sure. In order to drag-and-drop, you CANNOT have the character sheet popped out into a separate tab.

It's not in a different tab.

I created a new character sheet and it's working fine on the new sheet but not the previous one. It has to be something that corrupts the character sheet.
