I am going to be running The Curse of Strahd-- there will be a emphasis on the horror elements that come a long with it. This is not a group that you just show up and play with, we would all like to meet you and get to know you and even do things outside of the game. It is important that when I am running my group, everyone gets a long comfortably, and as if they were friends. We currently have four party members, and are close to the age of eighteen. I would hesitate to add someone who is older than twenty-one years old to the group, and younger than fifteen because it may damage our feeling of comfort (which I think is an important part to being able to have fun) Are you interested in playing a classic D&D adventure of Gothic horror? You can make whatever character you want, but I will tell you what it is that we have so far, in case you want to help balance the party. Oh, and one other thing. We try to be friendly and comfy (we're not aggressive or domineering at all, we are dorky), but all of us use really offensive language, even for a normal person's standards. (you can expect jokes that are in poor taste about serious issues like the holocaust, colored people, supremacy, etc) We try to be edgy, but we're all a bunch of dorks, even if we don't admit it to ourselves. If some seriously black humor is going to make you feel upset, I would honestly not recommend joining, for your own sake, because there is no way that I can ask the party to tone it down, it's so fundamental to them haha.
