[LFP] Looking for players for Tomb of Annilhilation

Hi everyone, I will be setting up a Tomb of Annihilation Module and am looking for 4 to 6 players, New players are welcome, i dont mind teaching how to play. everyone else is welcome to join as well. Game time will ether be Sat night, I work over nights so can not do nights during the week. Will be Phb, and Xanathars, I might let some UA stuff in just run by me first please. Looking to get this started next week sometime. So please hit me up as soon as you are able to. WIll be using Discord and I will be using Video. Voice is a must video is optional. This will be an 18+ game only. Please give a little about yourselves when you apply, and what you would like to play as. Would like to get a balanced team. Now im going to warn everyone, As the name says Annihilation, this module will sometimes kill people, please make sure you have a second char in mind just incase our first one dies. Now a little about me, your DM. Im 29 years old, i love roleplaying so please expect to have some fun with different people you meet in the towns and on your adventures.  I have been Dming for the past 5 months and i Dm about 4 games, one is a homebrew, and will be working on building another homebrew from scratch soon. I enjoy creative thinking for ways to get around things and i reward players for thinking outside the box. I do play in 2 games, i play a bard in one and three different classes in another as i play three chars at the same time in that one. I dont like it when people challenge me to much about every little thing, SO if i say thats how i am ruling it then thats how it is. Sorry thought i had, My time zone is CST, and on Sat we could start anytime after 8 pm Cst and go as long as we want. I dont mind long game times, if everyone is up for it. Or we can do 4 hour games. I will leave that to the players and from game to game.

Hello  Name's Matt I'm 29 from England. Played DnD 4e for aout three years, most of that was as a DM for friends. I moved away from my home town about 2 years ago and haven't played since. desperate to play again. I work late evenings but when I get home from work it will be about 6 Cst and I'm use to staying up late so these start times will be ideal for me. Love to role play and like to think outside the box (not too much though I know that can be annoying sometimes). i have been recently reading up on the 5e rules and have built some characters. My favourite in the past have been wizards, warlocks, Bards or any spell caster. However I am very happy to try new roles in order to form a balanced group.  After 7Cst I can be free pretty much any night on a regular basis and am eager to play often.  Thanks 

Hey, I'm John. I'm 24 and from the great Mitten State.. Been playing DnD for a few years, played 4e first about four years ago, graduated to 5e and absolutely loved it. I'm a professional gambler, so I travel around quite a lot, on my own schedule so I'm almost always available barring some social gathering.  My favorite aspect about DnD is the creative side of roleplay and combat. Synergizing abilities and manipulating the environment to maximize your in and out of combat scenarios is just mounds of fun. As far r characters, I tend toward variantt humans (for the dank free feat), but I love the roleplay aspects of Kenkku, Changlings, and Goliath's the most. I also have a very sweet spot in my heart for Rogue Aarakocra. For classes, I like to consider myself highly versatile. I tend to round out whatever party I'm in based on needs. (i.e. low skill parties, I'll play rogues, or bards; high magic class parties, I'll play tank fighters, or Paladins, etc.) That being said, I love Eldritch Knights, Swashbuckler and Thief rogues, and Great Old One Warlocks, as my go to classes.  My RP pet peeves are roll metagaming; if you roll low on a perception, or insight, everyone else wanting to follow up your roll until they get a "confirmed" check, PC actions outside of their characters alignment, personality, class; a lawful good PC extorting more gold, or selfishly taking more than their share, or a heavily armored Paladin walking with a Rogue using stealth to survey a dungeon/look for traps. Character-wise, I like to randomize what I play as to force myself to adapt on the fly. I roll a die in R20 to determine Race, subrace, class, subclass, background... you name it. I like the randomness and sometimes craziness that it creates.
