[18+][LFP][Shadowrun 5e]

I am looking to fill 3 slots of a 4 person party for a series of Shadowrun 5e sessions. These sessions are going to be streamed live on Twitch, and then posted to YouTube. Because of streaming/recording sessions, I am requesting that players be 18+ Game details: This is the first game I’m streaming, so for my ease, as well as to help new players, we will be running the Season 5 missions. Shadowrun Missions (SRM) is the official dynamic sixth world campaign setting sponsored by Catalyst Game Labs. The current Missions campaign takes place in the Windy City: Chicago and is comprised of four seasons (5-8). Each season is comprised of six Shadowrun Missions adventures. I am planning for 6-8 sessions to cover the 6 season 5 missions Games will be run weekly, on Fridays, with a current planned start time of 6-7PM Eastern Other Details: Experience with the game is appreciated, but not required . I love this game and am excited to bring it to new players A headset/voice chat is required A webcam is strongly desired Please feel free to respond with any questions, interest, or concerns.
How long do you anticipate sessions to run ?
4 hours, with a brief intermission in the middle for bio/snack grabbing.
Hey there Zerth! I've been interested in playing Shadowrun 5e for a while now and I would love to join, but I have a important question before that. Is the time set in stone? If possible 2 hours later would be best for me, maybe 1 hour later. (Or possibly switch to a Sunday or something XD Hahaha, yeah that's asking a lot) The time is not a problem for me right now but it might be in the future, so I want to avoid the situation where I have to leave the group because of scheduling conflicts, I would hate for that to happen. Also what is the plan after the aforementioned 6 missions? The group would be over or would the group continue playing together? Possibly the same or different characters?

Hey Zerth.  I love to see some SR games on here. Way to few around. Your time is wildly incompatible with my time zone so not joining. But I have some macros and API scripts that are super useful for managing the SR5 initiative system. If you are interested drop me a pm. Karl
Hey Karl, thank you so much you are awesome and I sent you a message. Hey Rato, thanks for your questions, it might be possible to change the time but it would be difficult then I would have to check with the other party members. I think we're pretty much set where we need to be. I'm busy running other games on most other days of the week so there's not really a super lot of flex here. After the six sessions there is room to move into a longer campaign, I'm primarily starting this way in order to see how well roll20 handles the system, see how well people like watching it on Twitch, and seeing how well my party members get along. My players drive this train so if they want to do more we will definitely do more. As for character use you would be able to use your same character or play different one. due to the setting of the game, it would be very easy to swap characters if you wanted to continue with a different one. Please let me know if yours still interested or if you have any other questions. Thank you for responding!
I'm definitely still interested in playing, Zerth. Please check with the other players if it's possible to start a hour or two later. Like I said I can make the current listed time for now but I might not in the future, and I really don't want to quit and leave you guys hanging later. Thanks for the attention, if it's not possible to change the time than best of luck to you and your streaming.
Hoi, Zerth! I'm a long time shadowrunner and this sounds interesting, but I'm afraid the start time might be a bit too early for me to make regularly as well, especially if you decide on 6:00. 7:00 would be more realistic for me. I have minor experience playing SR5 on Roll20, but countless hours of face to face play. I've only played one SRM at GenCon a few years ago, but I don't recall what season that was. I don't know what sort of characters you already have in your group, but I'd be most interested in either a Face or Street Shaman. Steven
Hey Zerth! Id love to join you and help you make a great Shadow run game. I am not familiar with the system as a player, but I have watched games like Mirrorshades and ShadowNet, and I'd love to give the game a try. I have a good mic and discord, although I do not have a webcam on my computer.  To introduce myself, My name is Jacob and I'm 20 years old. I've been playing RPGs for 5 or 6 years. I love roleplaying, doing voices and telling collaborative stories with a group. I find shadowrun particularly attractive because of the perfect mix of fantasy and dystopian cyberpunk that makes a great thematic experience. I'd love to make an Adept character focused on social and stealth operations, or a street samurai focused on combat and protecting the party if you wanna talk, or have any questions, pm me or add me on discord @Jae#4764 Seeya!
