Roll20's Jukebox is having technical difficulties on Chrome

Hello everyone I've been DMing using Roll20 for well over three years now and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem It's a bit disconcerting when the soundfiles in my cache that were working a few days ago are suddenly completely silent, as if muted, this morning (05/07/18) I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem or has a viable solution because it's making me a bit depressed what with no being able to hear my own chosen music anymore. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Could you supply some examples of affected tracks? Also which service was supplying them?
Um...I have no idea how I would check that

I had the same problem yesterday. No sound, even though it said it was playing. A restart of the browser fixed it.

I'm having the same issue. For me, Fanburst doesn't seem to be performing properly since this morning, which may be why.

First, hover over jukebox track and you'll see a cloud icon show up. Click on cloud and it takes you to the Track within Fanburst. Verify that the track is actually playing there. Jukebox can have issues like this with various tracks. Often the issue is outside of Jukebox and with Fanburst

I'm getting both Fanburst and Tabletop Audio tracks to play.

Sometimes the connection to Fanburst simply goes out to lunch. Play tracks, no sound. Try again in 30 minutes and it's working.
I will have that problem occassionally with Chrome, but not with Firefox.

To eliminate anything that may be at this end of that special relationship it would be great if anyone who experiences this problem could grab a console log after attempting to play a track but getting nothing but the sweet sound of silence: A console log is a listing of the activity that Roll20 is doing while you play, so we can spot anything that deviates from the norm. Follow the instructions below to open your log, then just copy and paste everything into your bug report forum post in the Bug Reports section of the forums and we will aid you further. In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console In Mozilla Firefox Use the keyboard shortcut: Control-Shift-K (Command-Option-K on the Mac) If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console
