10 day achievement is not activating

I have been having problems with the 10 day active achievement not firing. I was certain I was online for 10 straight days, and within the 24 hr period segments as well, and read through everything I could find to figure out why this achievement isn't being given. Just to prove to myself that I've met the requirements as I understand them (being online for 10 straight days, with less than 24 hrs between each separate day, to include leaving the site open non-stop, which one assumes set's the next period 'start time' at midnight), I tracked each day's logins. Essentially, I refreshed the screen to ensure that there was no period of time in which the screen was up but I wasn't "in the system" due to something I couldn't see. So, from 24 Jun thru this morning, I made separate logins at least (a few times I didn't track as they were right after a previous refresh): Login record for roll20 24 Jun 2018 - 9:26 pm 25 Jun 2018 - 10:28 am 25 Jun 2018 - 6:47 pm 25 Jun 2018 - 11:06 pm 26 Jun 2018 - 01:41 am 26 Jun 2018 - 9:58 am 27 Jun 2018 - 12:45 am 27 Jun 2018 - 1:52 pm 27 Jun 2018 - 7:45 pm 28 Jun 2018 - 12:08 am 28 Jun 2018 - 11:53 am 29 Jun 2018 - 10:01 am 29 Jun 2018 - 7:23 pm 30 Jun 2018 - 2:07 am 30 Jun 2018 - 11:31 am 30 Jun 2018 - 4:24 pm 1 Jul 2018 - 12: 14 am 1 Jul 2018 - 11:47 am 1 Jul 2018 - 1:47 pm 2 Jul 2018 - 1:44 am 2 Jul 2018 - 12:34 pm 2 Jul 2018 - 3:00 pm 3 Jul 2018 - 12:47 am 3 Jul 2018 - 8:36 am 3 Jul 2018 - 5:34 pm 3 Jul 2018 - 9:22 pm 4 Jul 2018 - 12:02 pm 4 Jul 2018 - 10:07 pm 5 Jul 2018 - 1:07 am 5 Jul 2018 - 10:09 am Every separate period is well under 24 hours. There are 12 days btw these. So will someone associated w/ roll20 please explain why this achievement hasn't fired?

Hi Brian! To make sure -- the Achievement is for Launching your Game (the Roll20 Tabletop) for 10 days in a row, not for refreshing the forum or homepage 10 days in a row. Wiki docs, https://wiki.roll20.net/Achievements Mousing-over the Achievement icon actually says it's for Playing on Roll20 for 10 days, so it might require having someone else in your game too! (Not a solo, single-person game tabletop). Screenshot where it says Play on Roll20 for 10 days: Also be sure to click Exit Game when leaving as this might help register the endings. Wiki, https://wiki.roll20.net/My_Settings#Exiting_and_GM_View_Modes
Of course I realize you have to be in the game. All of these dates and times represent being in the game, not logging into the forum. In every case I logged in or reloaded the page to ensure connection... and then recentered the screen back to where the party was (I'm the dm, so this isn't a matter of me logging into anyone else's game, if that's a potential issue.) In fact, the developers have stated that you only need to leave the game open for 10 days. They have not stated that someone else needs to be in the game as well, only that you personally need to be in a game. If you can leave the window open for 10 days and gain the achievement, I think that inherently implies that there a no other requirements like rolling a die or having add'l friends in the window. They have stated "leave the window open for 10 days" = the achievement will fire/be earned. I included specific dates and times because there have been plenty of times where I've come back to the window after a few hours only to see that that while the game remains open, it's not actually "linked" into the server. I.e., it'll show some sort of small red text up above saying that you aren't connected and you need to reload. Fair enough... leaving the game open for 10 days is likely to result in this sort thing occurring, or at the very least, become a decent excuse for why you didn't "earn" it. Hence, rather than posting this complaint a month or two ago, I specifically made a log of each time I got into the game for a period of 12 days. So, bearing in mind that I logged into the game (that's beyond the currently stated requirement of simply being in the game) for 12 days, and no such login was more than 24 hours from a previous login, why has the achievement not fired? Unless someone in the know cares to explain that there are requirements above and beyond what's currently stated and/or understood, I submit that there is likely a bug involved. As a separate topic, it would be nice if there was an actual customer service point of contact/email address/complaint form, rather than a simply blog where you post and hope. I can't think of any other online companies that don't have a customer service department that you can't email, call or submit a form to through their website. Here, apparently we have to post and hope... perhaps it's a way for the roll20 folks to outsource answers :) Great for their costs, but not ideal for the user.
FYI... as your own link notes: Consecutive is counted as having less than 24 hours between your last action and your next login. So, if you close the site at 6pm on day one, but don't log in till 7pm on day two it will not count as consecutive. It is possible to earn these achievements without leaving the tabletop, if you're able and willing to leave your computer on for that duration. It does not require that you leave and re-enter the tabletop screen. (bolded by myself).

The Get Help link at the bottom of each page lists the email address for customer service: team@roll20.net. You are a Pro user, so you are entitled to email support directly from the Dev Team, address to be found on your account page.
thanks for that... i've been searching all over and could only find links back to the blogs :)
well, all i can find is "need help" and that isn't a live link... it just says visit our FAQ. But since you've posted the email address I certainly make use of it!

The "Visit our FAQ" part is the link. The FAQ it links to has the email address. There are numerous fixes for common problems there, as well as the email address for contacting the team. I'd suggest using the support link on your account page, though. You pay for a higher level of support, you might as well take advantage of it. Hmm. There's no reason for the "Need Help" part to not be part of the link. I'll post that.

Hi Brian. Try this link for Email inquiries, https://wiki.roll20.net/Customer_Support_FAQ As this may be a Bug with your Achievement not showing, we will move this back into Bug Reports & Technical Issues, and hopefully someone will be able to help diagnose this issue. Thanks very much for that!
