Sorry if this isn't the correct forum to post this in, I wasn't sure which this kind of post would fit in. So, I'm not actually sure how much can be done with this, but I needed to figure out if there was anything. So, I DM a campaign of eight players, and I only know them exclusively through Roll20. Everyone's enjoying the game, except for one. For months she has consistently rolled lower than 10 on almost every roll, every session. The largest variation she's had is making four rolls that were above 10. Her stats aren't amazing, and everyone else has a good balance of good and bad rolls, except for her, and we have no idea why. It's gotten to the point where she gets frustrates anytime I ask her to make a roll, because most of the time, she knows she's going to fail (as she has). So, is there anything that can be done to fix this, aside from giving her special treatment (like free rerolls or something similar)?
