[LFP][5e] Looking for players for plot-intensive homebrew game! (3-4 players)

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my post! I am a DM with 3 campaigns under my belt looking for players for my biggest project yet! I specialize in story and character development, however I'm not blind to the technical aspects as well. So far we have 1 player who will be playing as an elven rogue. We are very excited, but are going to be a little picky about our entering players. Although we don't mind beginners, we'd like someone who enjoys the roleplay element of the game and is overall, pretty amiable! It's just a few questions about who you are and what you like in a game!  Some info about the game:  So far, I've decided that there was a mass extinction of a lot of plants, animals, and, of course, humanoids. The planet is scarred and changed, and the intelligent races are just now starting to re-explore after a few generations. The dark elves have hoarded most of the knowledge of magic to keep themselves valuable in the eyes of the rest of the population as resources are scarce. They hold a good size city in the north that focuses on manufacturing. The dwarves are another prominent race in this world. They hold quite a few cities on the main continent Mallva, and, along with the high elves, seek to control trade. Humans are treated as slightly lower life forms, as they are not allowed to learn magic or healing. They are however, the main work force in Mallva. Both the drow kingdom and the high elf kingdom have them as fishers, farmers, and manual laborers. Despite this, the communities of humans along the frontier are quite prosperous, as the brave nature of humans makes them perfect for trailblazing. It's going to be a it darker plot-wise, but I have no problem with having fun with the game! Comedic relief is appreciated if anything! There's also some edited info about races and their role in this world that we can work on later! We're flexible on time and days, so whatever works best for the majority of the group. I would, however, prefer evenings. My timezone is EST!
I am very interested in this setting. However I do have a work schedule so I am wondering about a potential date and time?
whats the time and day of the week my dude?

Ah, I'll add it to the top, but we're very flexible, but would prefer evenings.
Added!
gotcha, that can work heres a "resume" I typed up a couple of days ago Experience with DnD: 3 years of pathfinder here on roll20, 1 year of shadow of the demon lord(you'd probably really like this system), 6 months of fallout PnP's,1.2 years of 5E What you expect of players and DM: the players to respect and go with the GMs plans, be involved with the world around us as well as the people (PC's and NPC's alike), the GM to be involved with players in and out of the game preparing things with them and healthy amounts of communication What im about: as a player I like to find certain groups or parts of a world and ingrain myself in them, involve myself deep into whatever rabbit holes we find, but always keeping in mind im traveling with a couple of other folks  What you're looking for in a game of DnD: a campaign to care about, a group to call friends(eventually) to craft storybook moments but eventually fail spectacularly as they often do in which case throw my hands up and enjoy the ride Type of player I am: the tracks on the ground to get stuff done, wither it be my own agenda im mastermining or a simpleton that is just looking to make his compatriots happy, the player that always keeps in mind commitments and plans to see to fruition, TL:DR group dad Type of Adventures I like: I like to call what I like "avalanche stories" the party going through some stuff setup by the GM, they find things they like, balls start rolling, good things happen bad things happen then before you know it your in the middle of a complicated land dispute between time magic wielding gnolls and a band of driders that is the focal point and last chance to simmer down tensions of all major war-waging factions and you couldn't be MORE invested!...so yea games like that
I am really interested in knowing more about this campaign and its current setting! I have a very flexible schedule regarding times and also prefer evening while also being EST.  Regarding myself and my knowledge, I am a new player but have watched a lot of content but haven't participated in a campaign as I haven't found people to play with yet. I love to RL and develop a sense of a character through a story. I tend to mold a character to go with the parties needs but take action when desired.  My discord name is thatgirladriz#7249, If it is easier with communication!
I'm quite interested in this concept. Sadly, i'm still pretty new to the site, but I LOVE the concentration on role play that you have here. I just made a LFP post about wanting to creating a necromancer or a Wizard on the path to become a Lich, I think it has some amazing role play opportunities. For the character, a darker world is really ideal, as their path is one of the darkest paths any practitioner of the arts can traverse. I don't have a lot of experience personally. I've watch Critical Role for about as long as it's been around, and I'm decent at thinking up details. if you're willing to work with me I'd love to get in on this game.

Sounds cool! I'd like to play an Awakened Coati Sorceror, with Gold Dragon Bloodline, who pretends to be friends / a familiar with one or another caravan to get around, discover things, and find his 'destined pack' (natural Coati-s live in pack of up to about 50, so think 'raccoon' with the pack-instinct of wolves). ...Are there Gnome Caravans in this world?

hey ! this sounds like a pretty interesting campaign, and i'd love to apply for it if possible! i have around a year and a half's worth of experience playing 5e and (a little bit of) 3.5e and pathfinder, my timezone is GMT+1 and i've been roleplaying actively for almost 10 years! english is my second language, however, and my ability to improvise on the fly isn't the best , but i always try my hardest anyway! my discord is murph#3358 if you need it!
I am interested in playing depending on the day. I'm fairly new to 5e but have a lot of experience with 3.5 and other systems. I also enjoy rolepkaying more than just dungeon crawling
I'm a nervous test-taker.
I would totally be down if your still looking for players
Mondays are my only free day right now, but I could easily do Monday evenings. I've got an Arcana Domain Cleric concept I've been wanting to try out. I've not played 5e yet, but I have played Pathfinder for 10 years, and I've gained a cursory understanding of 5e through Critical Role. KyrishDaviau#3207 on Discord
Hello hello! This world looks really interesting just to start out with, and while I would love to know more about the other races (if any) that inhabit this world, I'm honestly hooked on the basic premise alone. About me, I've been interested in tabletop games for about eight years and have been playing them on and off for about four or five of those years. My timezone is eastern and I've always loved the roleplay aspect of the game and such, especially considering it's very improv heavy and I've always loved performing and improvising especially.  My time is very flexible currently, honestly there aren't many days when I'm not free. I've got a thousand character ideas and dear god I want to use them in some way shape or form, especially in ways that will allow me to bounce off of other players. Oh, also if you're into this kind of info: I usually play whatever, I've always wanted to try each class at least once, though so far I've only managed to play Barbarian and Rogue for an extended period of time, usually I DM but if I was to play this time around I think I'd want to roll up an Artificer for once because that class concept has always seemed very interesting to me...
Hey! I really like the snippet of the world you are building. It sounds really interesting and sparks a lot of ideas for me. I have about 2 years experience using 5e, and enjoy the role play aspect a lot. I don't see anything about time zones or start time, but I am on the east coast and have most days open with the exception of Tuesdays where I host my own campaign. I have a bunch of ideas for characters and will likely pick one that rounds out the party. Looking forward to hearing back! Thanks.
I also want to join this campaign.
