Super dumb question but - How do i know if my players can access my PHB or if its bugged?

As a GM i see all of the compendiums in my game.  i created the campaign with compendium sharing on, and it shows it using one of my 5 slots.  all looks good from my end. One of my players says he cant access the PHB.  I dont know what to ask him to do to diagnose this one way or the other.  Put differently, if i were a player in my game, what could i do or search for to prove/disprove the PHB was available to me?

Use something like Skype's screen sharing to watch his screen while you direct him. You might be able to catch something he's missing.
