Video Connection Issues

Myself and my players constantly encounter issues namely stemming from me. For some reason often I will not see anyone else's camera until I have reconnected and then selected reconnect all several times normally with another user becoming visible each time. If anyone reconnects to the game I will normally need to restart all over again. When I am unable to see someone else's camera they cannot see my. My camera works fine, there is no other device for it to select and it occurs with all browsers. Any advice?

Hi Weker, Could you work the the Video and Voice Chat troubleshooting on our Wiki ? You can also test your mic and video with these two tools: AppRTC appear.in And here's a speed test , to test your bandwidth.
Read through the Wiki and it didn't solve anything for me, all the video sites work it's exclusive to Roll 20's video. Ping 9 Download 67.36 Upload 17.68 Operating System: Windows 10 Browser and Version: Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) Description of the Issue: As stated above WebRTC Debug Log: https://pastebin.com/Y7pfiGpx

Hey Weker, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
