Stuck on "Building your character..." screen

I built a Tiefling bard (subrace is Standard Teifling) and filled out all necessary fields, but when I clicked "Apply" at the end of the process, the screen gets to step 3 ("Adding your Subraces") and just hangs. My DM tried processing it from his side and had the same issue. I've tried multiple computers, clearing the cache, disabling all extensions, all the usual troubleshooting things. Can someone help?

That sounds rather frustrating and I sympathize. First up: What happens if your GM gives you a second character sheet and you try filling that out?  What happens if you try a different race or a different class or both?  Are any other players in this game having a similar issue? Secondly, would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Nobody else in my party had this issue. I'll ask the DM to send me another character sheet to fill out and see if that works. I've tried it in Chrome on multiple computers and in an incognito window to make sure that nothing else was affecting the page. I just tried again in Edge with the same result, and I think my DM was using Firefox when he checked. I had no add-ons/extensions/anti-virus running when doing these checks, and I also tried clearing my cache completely. If trying a second character sheet fails, I will proceed to a full Step 4.

After trying to rebuild a second time and also trying to use the "Custom" subrace options, my DM sent me a different character sheet type that was able to replicate the character and load correctly. I tried pulling the logs to give you a good Step 4 to look into, but that doesn't seem necessary now that I have a character sheet that works.
